The building on the right, near the top, and the building right in the middle,at the end of the shot have a magenta glow around them. A color noise reduction will heal that right off. But I suggest you clone the base layer. Only apply noise reduction to the layer below. Apply layer mask to the top and brush over the part where you have the glow.
